Procedure Degree Attestation from Saudi Embassy

If you are making plan to work in Saudi Arabia and apply for visa, then you need to get the degree attestation from the Saudi Embassy in Pakistan. It is little bit difficult task and the applicant should do good paper work to complete this process. The applicants should keep in mind while getting the attestation of the degree from Saudi Embassy, they need the prior attestation of the documents from Saudi Culture Islamabad.

Where to Go:

Saudi Embassy does not entertain the applicants directly for the purpose of attestation of degree and other documents. For this purpose, Saudi Embassy has authorized few agencies across Pakistan to collect the documents from the applicants and they send these documents to Saudi Embassy for the attestation. These agencies return the attested documents to their clients after necessary attestation from the Saudi Embassy.

At this moment, we are unable to provide the list of the authorized agencies, which receive the documents from the clients. When we will have the information, we will share them online and during this time, they can visit this site and get new offerings of the degree attestation services, which are available in Pakistan.

Degree Attestation from Saudi Embassy if already working in Saudi Arabia:

Requirements:

1. Two copies of Valid Passport, Iqama and CNIC (Prior attested by Saudi Employer)
2. Request Letter for Saudi Culture Islamabad (Prior attested by Saudi Chamber)
3. Request Letter for Saudi Embassy Islamabad (Prior attested by Saudi Chamber)
4. Job Contract / Agreement Letter (Prior attested by Saudi Chamber and Saudi Foreign Office)
5. Original Degree (Prior attested by HEC and Foreign Office in Pakistan)

Process:

1. The applicants send one set of copies of Passport, Iqama and CNIC to the address of Saudi Culture in Islamabad via DHL.

   As mentioned above these documents require prior attestation by the Employer in Saudia.
2. Submission – The applicants submit all other documents from above list of required documents and copy of DHL Receipt to any authorized agency of Saudi Embassy in Pakistan. The fee of the Agent for this attestation process should be around PKR 6000 to 8000.
3. Completion – The process of attestation of documents can take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete.

Degree Attestation from Saudi Embassy for New Appointment:

Requirements:

1. Two copies of Valid Passport, CNIC and Visa Slip (Prior attested by Saudi Employer)
2. Request Letter for Saudi Culture Islamabad (Prior attested by Saudi Chamber)
3. Request Letter for Saudi Embassy Islamabad (Prior attested by Saudi Chamber)
4. Job Contract / Agreement Letter (Prior attested by Saudi Chamber and Saudi Foreign Office)
5. Original Degree (Prior attested by HEC and Foreign Office in Pakistan)

Process:

1. Submission – The applicants submit all documents to any authorized agency for Saudi Embassy and Saudi Culture attestation.
2. Completion – This attestation process of the documents can take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete the process of attestation of the documents.
