Birth Certificate is an official document which is issued and approved by the government of Pakistan. In Pakistan this document is provided by the secretary of Union Councils of a particular Tehsil. Birth Certificate is an authentication of a citizen like, place of birth, date of birth, number of family members and parentage. Birth certificate is required in many legal and official proceedings.
